Understanding China and communicating successfully with the Chinese

The workshop familiarises German players with the special features of Chinese communication.

The focus is on discussing the differences and similarities between cultural standards, communication patterns and social behaviour in Germany and China. In particular, practical aspects that participants need for their personal dealings with Chinese colleagues or co-operation partners will also be considered.

Specific examples of cultural misunderstandings and solutions to avoid them round off the workshop.
